At McLaren Bikes, we are committed to high-performance satisfaction; if your gear doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in original, unridden condition with all factory packaging and tags intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Prepare the Shipment

  Carefully pack your bike or accessories in the original manufacturer's box to ensure protection during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
